PowerSol is a UK based group of Partners and Associates that have been working together as a business both in the UK and abroad since 1997 working mainly for major utility sector companies. The individual members of the PowerSol team developed their skills over many years working in the utilities sector and especially the power generating industry where they were heavily involved in all aspects of maintenance work management.
Each individual has played a part in the transition from purely manual based maintenance management practices in previous use to the computer based CMMS systems we see today. The team's involvement has covered the whole spectrum of skills from project management, implementation and administration to system design and development.
The team therefore has the capacity to deal with system and data conversion processes and at the same time appreciate the difficulties and apprehensions of clients who are embarking on, what may seem to them, a daunting and costly exercise.
PowerSol has had the benefit of experiencing various software packages both as implementers and users of systems. This has provided them the ability to give advice on how those packages are used within different organisations and how they could be used within a particular client situation.
