The ability to analyse a database and create reports is made possible using our Query Reporting software application.
All companies and organisations need access to their databases to carry out data analysis and produce reports based on that analysis. The tool uses straight forward techniques that can be easily understood by general users of the system to produce detailed reports. These reports can then be exported, if required, into MS Excel where they can be configured to suit users particular formatting requirements.
The software contains further sophisticated procedures that can be utilised by more experienced users to produce more complex outputs. Common data records that are held in different databases can be compared using a facility that enables the linking of related databases. From the resulting linked reports, "views" can be created and saved for use in subsequent reports.
The application has built in security and admin facilities and because the Query Tool is able to access data so readily, the System Administrator is able to grant or restrict access to each Data Table to meet individual user requirements.
